Classes in BUET start from Saturday again. BUET was in effect closed for a long period as the teachers and students were protesting to remove pro VC. The inactive situation of BUET started from 7 April. During that period 25 teacher and students were sued in this regard.
However those cases were withdrawn. The court absolved them all.
The delay to join the classes is due to lack of academic calendar. The academic council meeting is due in the next week which will fix the dates for 1st semester examinations.
The stagnant situation is becoming normal again
Everyone wishes that BUET will remain as the center of excellence in the country.
