Dutch captain Scott Edwards hopes the Netherlands can benefit from coach Ryan Cook’s inside knowledge of Bangladesh to help save their fading World Cup dreams.

Ahead of the World Cup match against Bangladesh at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Saturday, Dutch captain Scott Edwards said he is aiming to win his next match in the ongoing tournament.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Scott Edwards said they are hoping to win their last four games of the tournament to qualify for the World Cup semi-finals.

“I think we are aiming to win every game. Yes, obviously it’s been a similar campaign so far – now it’s the last four games of the tournament before the next stage. So, yes, obviously a big game , as big as any game we have coming up for it. So, yes, I’m looking forward to it,” Edwards was quoted as saying by the ICC.
