Earlier on Tuesday, while addressing the final round of Bangabandhu Srijanshil Medha Onnveshan-2024 (Bangabandhu Creative Talent Hunt) at Dhaka Teachers Training College, he said, “We have a specific number of working days for schools. Now we have kept schools open on Saturday out of a necessity, as they were closed for a few days. This is not a permanent thing.”
He further said, “Such a decision to keep schools open on any holiday for teaching was already there, and in future also, if any need arises, this decision will remain. This is not a new thing.”
