According to the first proposal, Petrobangla will import a cargo containing 3.36 million (33.60 lakh) MMBtu of LNG from TotalEnergies Gas and Power Limited, Switzerland, at a total cost of 5.95 billion taka (595.45 crore), with each unit of LNG selling at US$13.77. . ,
Another LNG cargo of similar volume will be imported by Petrobangla from Vitol Asia Pte Ltd, Singapore at a cost of Tk 6.74 billion (₹674.35 crore), each unit priced at US$14.90.
