· Keep windows closed to avoid dust, pollen and smoke from cars or factories around the house.
· Sweep floors, paint walls, apply pesticides and cook spicy food only when asthma patients are out of the house. If this is not possible, keep them in one room and continue working in the other room. And during that time patients will have to cover their face with a mask or scarf.
