MP of the ruling party is losing membership of the parliament

Dr. Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir is losing his membership of the parliament. According to a high court decision the election commission is about take action. The new election is about to begin in 90 days. However, Dr. Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir can take part in that election. He is an MP of the ruling party . He won against Ehsanul Haque Millon in the last election.
