Process of importing Onion from Myanmar is going on. Onions are expected to reach at Chittagong by the mid of next week. Earlier by the news of stopping India’s onion export, the price of onion goes almost 2 times higher than before. There for Bangladesh government has taken alternative action to keep the onion market quiet for the consumers. Commerce ministry is helping business persons to import onion from alternative country.
