Locals said that after the house was given on rent, the boundary wall of the house was made higher and around 20 CCTV cameras were installed along the wall. Locals are not allowed to enter the house.

Police sources said a team led by Netrokona Model Police Station in-charge Abul Kalam raided the house this afternoon based on a tip-off. A foreign pistol, 17 rounds of bullets, a large number of toy guns, two walkie-talkies, a pair of handcuffs, a large number of Jihadi books, among other items were recovered from a room in the house.

Police suspect that explosive material may be stored in the house.
