The authorities have scheduled office timings for government, semi-government, autonomous and semi-autonomous organizations during the holy month of Ramzan.
All offices will run from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a 15-minute break for prayers from 1:15 pm to 1:30 pm.
The decision was taken at a cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the Prime Minister's Office in Dhaka on Wednesday.
Later, Cabinet Secretary Mehboob Hussain informed the media about the decision.
