It was 12 noon on Friday. A red-blue umbrella was hanging in front of Savarnalta, a one-storey house in Jhiltuli area of Faridpur town. A freezer van was parked below it and people were gathered near the vehicle. Additional Sub Inspector of Police (DIG) Naseerul Islam was sitting quietly near the van while several people surrounded him. They all were also silent.
