An angry mob lynched two suspected robbers and injured another in Muradnagar Upazila of Kamila.
Ismail Hussain (31) and Noor Alam (30) were killed in the attack. The injured person has been identified as Shahjahan Miya.
Muradnagar police station chief Kamruzzaman Talukder said that these people were kept in custody in a house in Palasuta village of Darora union before being beaten up by the villagers at 11.30 pm on Thursday.
