Warid BD offers Tk 1,200 bonus on reactivation

Warid Bangladesh launches a special campaign offering bonus talk-time and SMS worth Tk 1,200 along with SIM replacement facility for their inactive prepaid subscribers upon reactivation.

Warid prepaid subscribers who activated their connections on or before August 31, 2009 and remained inactive since September 1, 2009 till date will be eligible to enjoy bonus talk-time and SMS worth Tk 200 every month over the next six months if they reactivate their connections by recharging through scratch cards or Ezee load (electronic top-up facility).

To avail the total amount of bonus on offer, the subscriber has to recharge Tk 100 every month during the six-month long campaign period.

Those who will recharge between Tk 50 and Tk 99 in a month will also be eligible for bonus- they will get Tk 100 bonus for that particular month in the form of talk time and SMS.

For a Tk 100 recharge, Tk 100 will be given for On net Voice calls, Tk 50 for On net SMS and Tk 50 for Offnet voice calls per month.

In case of Tk 50 to Tk 99 recharge, Tk 50 will be given for on net Voice calls and 25Tk for On net SMS and 25 Tk for Off net voice calls per month.

Subscribers with lost or damaged SIM can also get free SIM replacement facility under the present offer. By recharging only Tk 100, the subscribers can replace their SIM from any Warid care centres and franchises and also avail the bonus talk-time and SMS.

Warid Telecom authorities hope the latest offer will encourage valued subscribers to reactivate and recharge their accounts to enjoy the bonus on offer. Moreover, by staying connected with the Warid network for an extended period, the consumers will also be able to experience Warid’s full range of smart solutions, including instant scratch card bonus, daily cash-back, customised prepaid options etc.

Warid, a subsidiary of UAE-based Abu Dhabi Group, launched its commercial operation in Bangladesh in May 2007. The company has recently re-launched its service with a changed logo and new brand promises reflecting and symbolizing the strategic transformation of the company to become a customer- centric telecom company in the country.
