At least 12 people were killed and 10 others injured in a collision between a train and a bus at a railway crossing in Cumilla.
The accident occurred around 2:55 am on Sunday at the Padua Bazar level crossing in Cumilla Sadar South upazila along the Dhaka-Chattogram highway.
The deceased could not be immediately identified.
