Meanwhile, Mohammedpur police station sub-inspector (SI) Deblal Sarkar told Prothom Alo that they received information about the fire around 4:00 am today.
Police immediately reached the spot. At present there is no news of any casualty.
Deblal Sarkar also informed that many residents have gathered at the spot and many of them assisted in extinguishing the fire.
