There were a total of 13 tourists in the jeep. The injured are – Rafan, Ushoshi Nag, Joba Roy Nag, Mahfuza Islam, Amina Begum, Tehmina Tanzim Talukdar, Tanim, Rizvi, Anjuman Haq, Itu and Shorna.
Members of the fire service and army rescued the victims and took them to the upazila health complex of Ruma. The driver is absconding since the incident.
