Bangladesh has reported 32 cases of COVID-19 in a day, taking the total number of infections to 2,036,717.
The death toll from the disease rose by one to 29,436 in a 24-hour period, according to the latest government data released on Wednesday.
For a positivity rate of 0.99 per cent, 3,247 samples were tested across the country.
