Absconding Rabiul Islam alias Aarav Khan is now under surveillance in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in connection with the murder of Police Inspector Mamoon.
Responding to reporters at a weekly press briefing at the Ministry of External Affairs on Thursday, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Saheli Sabreen said, “As of now we know that Aarav Khan is still under observation. We know that he has not been arrested. “
When asked whether the Ministry of Home Affairs has sought any cooperation regarding Aarav Khan, he replied in the negative.
