Dr. Abdus Salam is a professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Dhaka and a researcher on air pollution. He holds a PhD degree from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria. He is the co-chairman of the International Society for Global Atmospheric Chemistry (IGAC).
