The Election Commission has canceled the candidature of Awami League Chattogram-16 candidate Mustafizur Rahman Chaudhary.
His candidature was canceled in the last phase of voting on Sunday.
Election Commission Secretary Jahangir Alam told reporters that the candidate has violated the electoral code of conduct several times. He has threatened the law enforcement agency today on Sunday. As a result, the Election Commission has decided to cancel the candidature.
