Bangladesh media reports said that Anwarul Azim, a Member of Parliament from Jhenaidah-4 constituency of the ruling Awami League in Bangladesh, who was murdered in Kolkata, India, was a gold smuggler.
Talking about this, AL General Secretary Obaidul Qadir said that what he was doing was not a big issue. He said the party has given him the nomination considering his popularity in the constituency.
