AL will take control of the roads from today

The ruling Awami League has decided to take to the streets from today, Thursday, to control the political atmosphere ahead of the BNP’s grand rally on October 28.

Party insiders said the ruling party BNP will take out processions and organize rallies in every ward of the capital two days before the event.
Instructions have also been given to organize processions and rallies in each union of five upazilas and wards of three municipalities of Dhaka district.

Party sources said Awami League policy makers have received news that a large number of BNP leaders and workers have already reached Dhaka. It has been decided to hold rallies and processions to scare them.
