One hundred and twenty-seven dengue patients, including 53 in the capital, are now undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
DGHS has registered 370 dengue cases this year so far and 241 have been cured.
The country will record 281 dengue deaths in 2022 – the highest on record after 179 deaths were recorded in 2019.
The DGHS recorded 62,423 dengue cases last year and 61,971 recoveries.
