The death toll in a train crash in India has risen to 13, while 39 were injured, an official said Monday, as investigators suspect human error was the cause of the accident in the south-eastern state of Andhra Pradesh.
The accident occurred when the Visakhapatnam-Rayagada passenger train stopped due to an overhead cable break on Sunday and the Visakhapatnam-Palasa Express service rammed into it from behind, derailing two coaches of the stationary train.
