‘Bangla spring’ will start with one-sided elections: AB Party

“Most people cannot afford the expenses of daily living,” said Tajul Islam, joint convenor of the party and a lawyer at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. The so-called election candidates are spending lakhs looted from the drivers of the state.

AB Party member secretary Mojibur Rahman said, “Agriculture Minister Abdur Razzaq exposed the long-awaited collusion between the ruling party, the partisan judiciary, the loyal administration and the puppet Election Commission. A revolution like the Arab Spring is not necessary for us, we have seen many more successful springs in the past. “Due to the lopsided elections, another ‘Bangla-Spring’ is at the doorstep which will overthrow this authoritarian government.”
