BNP Standing Committee member Selima Rahman has said that Bangladesh has now become number one in terms of human rights violations.
He alleged that BNP leaders and workers were being repressed for the last 15 years.
Selima Rahman said that about 20,000 BNP leaders and workers have been arrested in the past month.
Speaking at the human chain event, the BNP leader said, “This kind of oppression does not exist anywhere in the world. If the father is not found, the son is taken away, if the son is not found, the father is taken away.”
