As per the circular, in order to bring uniformity in opening NITAs in the name of Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRBs), authorized dealers are advised to obtain specific documents and information from the applicants.
To make documentation easier BB has specified docs for opening NITA. As per the new directive, the documents include valid passport copy of the applicant, photograph of the applicant, proof of address of the applicant, reliable source of income of the applicant, copy of passport or National Identity Card (NID) of the nominated or authorized person, nominated person or authorized A photograph of the person is required.
