Other prominent personalities who addressed the event included Jordhar Nausher Ali, Chairman of Tilottoma Bangla Group, Mohammad Selim Reza, former Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh, Mamunur Rahman, International Advisor to the United Nations and the European Union, Dr. AKM. Fazlul Haq, Pro-Vice Chancellor of US Bangladesh University and Mustafizur Rahman, former Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank.
The speakers praised BDDL and its affiliated organizations for their contribution in skilled workforce development, technology-based education, safe agriculture, social welfare and employment generation.
The event included certificate distribution among the trainees of Skill Academy BD, experience-sharing session by students of BK IT Institute and presentations on Agri-Entrepreneurship Training under Shukrishi Partner Programme.
Initiatives related to safe agriculture, commercial agricultural production and marketing strategies were also highlighted. In addition, special attention was paid to the social development activities of BK Foundation and the educational initiatives of Dayal Nagar Bahrunnais Public Library.
