Addressing a special roll call meeting at the Public Order Management (POM) police line in Mirpur in the city, Habibur Rehman said the police is ready to face any challenge in the coming days.
“We are a disciplined force. We want to maintain discipline in our work. We are in police service to do good for the people. If we cannot be healthy ourselves, it is impossible to make others healthy.”
The DMP chief expressed hope that no complaint would be received against any policeman, he said, “because we are all a disciplined force.” Remember there is no way to get away with a crime.”
