The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has called for a 36-hour blockade from 6:00 am on Tuesday to 6:00 pm on Wednesday to demand a neutral election-time government and to protest against the ongoing mass arrests and harassment.
Senior joint general secretary of the party, Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced this in a virtual press conference on Sunday.
