Ishraq is the son of former Dhaka mayor Sadekh Hussain Khoka.
On today’s attack, Ishraq told Porthom Alo, “We went to distribute leaflets as per our pre-determined schedule. Some miscreants led by the Jagannath University Students’ League attacked us with brick-stones, iron and hockey sticks when we were about to leave after completing our campaign.
