BNP standing committee member Amir Khasru Mahmood Chowdhury, organizational secretary Syed Imran Saleh and media cell convenor Zaheer Uddin were denied bail in the Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Court.
First Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge Faisal Atiq bin Quader pronounced the verdict on Wednesday.
Amir Khasru Mahmood Chowdhury’s lawyer Syed Zainul Abedin confirmed this information to Prothom Alo.
Lawyer Zainul Abedin said the court rejected the bail pleas of Amir Khasru Mahmood Chaudhary and Zaheer Uddin, both of whom were arrested in a case registered in connection with the murder of police constable Amirul Islam at Paltan police station.
