BNP leaders and workers are on hunger strike demanding the permanent release of BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia and her advanced treatment abroad.
The hunger strike started in front of the central office of BNP in Naya Paltan of the capital at around 11:15 am on Saturday morning. BNP has said that the program will continue till 2 pm.
