A press conference has been called at 3 pm at the party’s Gulshan office, in which people will be informed about the party’s decisions regarding the overall situation.
The party source also said that the Standing Committee has taken a decision in principle that it will not go anywhere except the heart of Dhaka, Arambagh, Motijheel, Kamlapur and Golabagh, though not Naya Paltan.
Talking to Prothom Alo about this, Standing Committee member Iqbal Hasan Mehmood said, “It is now a matter of the government. We are waiting for the signal from the government. Whether the government gives permission or not, we will rally. But the venue of the rally should be in Dhaka.
