The BNP leader said this while addressing a discussion on Bangladesh in danger due to lack of freedom, human rights and democracy and what should be done in this situation. Jatiyatabadi Muktijoddha Dal organized a discussion at Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU) on Saturday.
“Whenever Awami League general secretary (Obaidul Quader) faces a crisis, he says, 'Delhi is there, we are also there.' He has no shame in saying so,” Hafiz Uddin Ahmed said.
“If Delhi remains, this government will remain in power. To what extent are they showing loyalty to their neighboring country? Did we take part in the war for this? The free people of Bangladesh will never accept this slavery,” he said.
