He further said that people think that India is responsible for disenfranchisement, murder of democracy, forced disappearances, murder and injustice in Bangladesh. People are venting their anger by boycotting Indian products. 'India Out Campaign' has captured every sphere of the country including social media. This is not a political programme, but a spontaneous movement of the people of Bangladesh.
The BNP leader commented, boycotting Indian products means boycotting the Awami League as the party is a product of India.
In the written statement, Rizvi further said that almost all the ministers are flattering India at every opportunity. They are talking and behaving as if Bangladesh has become a satellite state of India.
He further said that AL General Secretary Obaidul Qadir said, “Powerful countries cannot interfere in Bangladesh elections because India was with (us).” Foreign Minister Hasan Mahmood said, “There were many conspiracies regarding the 2014 elections, at that time India was with us. India was with us during the 2018 elections also. This time also India was and is with us.”
