Police today recovered a body from Rahmater Beel area of Ukhia on the Myanmar border.
Cox’s Bazar Superintendent of Police Mahfuzul Islam told Prothom Alo on Saturday afternoon that Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) and police have recovered the body of an unidentified man from Rahmater Beel area.
After seeing three to four dead bodies in Rahmater Beel area on Friday afternoon, local farmers informed BGB members and police. Due to security reasons, the police could not recover the bodies on Friday as the bodies were lying very close to the border.
