Bangladesh Bank Deputy Governor Nurun Nahar formally inaugurated the fair as the chief guest at the Aloki Convention Center on Gulshan-Tejgaon Link Road in Dhaka on March 26.
Dr. Masudur Rahman, Chairman of SME Foundation and Farzana Chaudhary, Managing Director of Green Delta Insurance Company attended the ceremony as special guests. Selim RF Hussain, Managing Director and CEO, and Syed Abdul Momen, Deputy Managing Director and Head of SME Banking at BRAC Bank were also present.
The exhibition was open to the public from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm during March 26–27.
85 promising women entrepreneurs are showcasing a diverse range of Bangladeshi made products, including boutiques, hand-stitched clothes, handmade crafts, clay and jute goods, processed leather goods, damask and muslin dresses, food items, organic skin care products. Accessories include bamboo and rattan. stuff. Additionally, the fair is offering other special features such as Iftar and dinner food court, Hawaiian sweets for the visitors, Mehendi celebration, a bioscope for the younger generations, free mental wellness sessions and free check-ups etc.
