The list of potential Kevin Stefanski replacements as head coach of the Cleveland Browns continues to grow, as they submitted another request Monday. Fresh off being eliminated from the playoffs after a great season, the Browns have put in a request to interview Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coordinator Grant Udinski.
Udinski is viewed as a fast riser in the NFL as a young, smart offensive mind who helped Liam Coen turn around the Jaguars in one season after they were picking in the top five last year. Udinski is only 30 years old and has just had one season as an offensive coordinator.

He began coaching in the NFL in 2020, spending the first two years with the Panthers as a coaching assistant. He was then with the Minnesota Vikings from 2022 to 2024 in a couple of different positions, working with the quarterbacks and spending 2024 as the assistant offensive coordinator and assistant quarterbacks coach.
This year, under Liam Coen and Grant Udinski, the team was 11th in total offense with 337.4 yards per gam; for comparison, the Browns were 30th with only 262.1 yards per game. The Jaguars were also 6th in scoring offense, averaging 27.9 points per game.
