CCTVs in Dhaka to tackle sabotage

Dhaka Metropolitan Police is setting close circuit cameras in different parts of the city. Police says vandalizing public property by some terrorists has become a concern for city dwellers in recent days. Many police personnel have injured in last few days by sudden attack of some groups.

It is very difficult to monitor each and every part of the capital physically.

Now police is setting cameras at fifty points of the capital. Whole city will the under the surveillance of close circuit cameras soon. So it will be easier for police to respond soon in any law and order situation.

Police says these cameras will also help to identify criminals and chances of harassing innocent people will decrease. Police is also hoping that these cameras will help them to manage the traffic system of the city.
