Produced by the UK’s Creative Primary Literacy Group, the play, set on Christmas Eve, portrays the story of pathetic headmistress Ivy Loops.
Well, with Christmas just round the corner, what better way than ‘A Christmas Carol’ to evoke the spirit of festivity and joy.
There was also Santa Claus, elves and ghosts. Children played in the snow to create a festive Christmas setting on stage.
It was all the more enjoyable because it was brought to life by the kids. The whole play came together with the help of the teachers.
From sound to lighting, music to dance choreography, costumes to make-up, props to stage decorations, every detail was on point.
The lively performance of the children along with the delightful musical arrangement, especially the soulful notes of the flute created a magical atmosphere around the auditorium.
