CVI includes a variety of data exposures, including atmospheric hazards, climate data, land-sea hazards and surface height, vulnerability, demographics, household, infrastructure, livelihoods and hydrology; and adaptive capacity, such as education, employment, road networks, disaster response, etc.
The CVI will enable local governments to allocate their budgets to Bangladesh’s most vulnerable communities while taking into account multidimensional vulnerabilities such as climate change impacts and adaptive capacities.
