Roshan Irshad addressed a JAP leader’s meeting in Manikganj to exchange views, joined virtually on April 27. At the same time, he said, “After evaluating the merit of the candidates, they will be nominated in the future.”
Supporters of GM Kadar believe that through these activities, including the announcement of the district committee, efforts are being made to include Roshan supporters in the party posts by creating pressure.
According to an official source in JAPA, Roshan Irshad had recently sent a list of 24 leaders to party president GM Quader and asked them to be included in the party ranks. These include Roshan’s political secretaries Ghulam Masih, Ziaul Haq Mrida, Masiur Rehman and Qazi Mamnoor Rashid, who were expelled from the party.
In this regard, a co-president of JAPA told Pratham Aalo on Saturday that the names sent by Leader of the Opposition Roshan Irshad are accused in the party in one way or the other. Even if the party president takes him into the party using special powers, he will have to face questions.
