Speaking to Prothom Alo, PP Mahmud Hossain said the ACC has appealed to the court today, Thursday, to appoint administrators to look after the confiscated immovable properties of Benazir Ahmed and his wife and children.

After hearing, the court accepted the appeal of ACC. The court also issued an order to provide information about the overall condition of the four flats in Gulshan.

When the court gets complete information in this regard, it will appoint an administrator to look after these flats.

PP Mahmood Hasan said once the full order is received, it will be known which agencies the court has appointed to look after the various properties.

He said, “The court has appointed the district fisheries officer to look after 28 ponds in Gopalganj. The court has ordered the deputy commissioner of Cox's Bazar to look after the property there.”
