A court in Dhaka has dismissed a case filed under the Digital Security Act against former Vice President (VP) of DUCSU, Nurul Haque Noor, reports UNB.
Dhaka Cyber Tribunal judge, AM Zulfikar Hayat, was about to take cognizance of a charge sheet in a case filed against VP Noor for making derogatory remarks about Awami League workers and supporters on Facebook Live.
