The start of the Cricket World Cup match between South Africa and Netherlands at the Himalayan venue of Dharamsala was delayed due to rain on Tuesday.

The game was scheduled to start at 2:00 pm local time (1030 GMT), but light rain kept the covers under cover and the toss was delayed by half an hour.

South Africa have won both their opening matches in the tournament against Sri Lanka and Australia while the Dutch have lost to Pakistan and New Zealand.
