‘Customer First’ app by GP

safe_imageMobile operator Grameenphone has introduced its first “Customer FIRST” app with a mobile application for its employees to “empower them to better serve as the organisation’s brand ambassadors.”

The leading mobile phone operator has issued a press release in this regard.

According to the release, the App is a simple and effective solution that empowers Grameenphone employees to respond to queries from their friends & family, as well other GP customers.

“The main objective of introducing the application is to help employees to serve customers anywhere and anytime through their mobile phones.”

Commenting on the introduction of the mobile application, Grameenphone CEO Vivek Sood said: “The Customer First app is in line with keeping our promise to ensure the best experience for our customers by empowering all employees to play their part as GP ambassadors.”

Through “Customer FIRST” the valued customers will experience a new channel of accessing information with regard to GP’s products and services, campaigns and BTL offers, network services, news and updates.

In the near future customers will even be able to lodge their complaints through this channel.

In the release, Grameenphone also claimed that they have paid the highest priority to the needs of its customers.

“The Customer First app is a part of Grameenphone’s continuous efforts to build a customer centric organisation.”

On Thursday the operator also arrange a “public hearing” through facebook to let the customers know about it’s services. GP CEO Vivek Sood answered the queries of customers in a customer first campaign.
