State Disaster Management and Relief Minister MD Enamur Rahman said in a press conference on Tuesday morning that Patuakhali, Bhola, Barishal, Pirojpur, Jhalokathi, Barguna, Chattogram, Feni, Noakhali and Lakshmipur are being considered as vulnerable districts for the cyclone.
“Around 15 lakh people from those districts will be evacuated to shelter centres,” he said. He said the local administration and volunteers have already started evacuation activities.
