DSCC accuses DGHS of providing incorrect dengue data, demands transparency

The letter further states that the corporation intensifies mosquito abatement programme within 300 yards of any patient's house based on the information provided by the DGHS control room. Also, the DSCC conducts search operations in that area.

However, on analysing the list from the DGHS control room, the corporation has found many discrepancies. Hence, the field level staff of the corporation are facing an embarrassing situation after reaching the address provided by the DGHS, which is causing great hindrance in their normal work.

In this context, DSCC requested DGHS to provide correct and detailed information regarding dengue patients in the areas under DSCC in their daily bulletin and in the list sent to the Municipal Corporations.
