Additionally, according to the Health Directorate, a total of 2,350 people – 504 in Dhaka and 1,905 in the districts – have been hospitalized due to mosquito-borne viral fever during the 24-hour period.
Of the fresh deaths, seven were recorded in the capital city, while the remaining one was reported from outside.
