Model-turned-actor Shabnaz Sadia Emi is going to make her first appearance in a drama serial titled “Apurba,” written by Ziauddin Zia and directed by Habib Shakil.
The story of the drama revolves around four girls living in a flat. Emi plays a character named Sunny, a newcomer in the entertainment media world who faces dire circumstances while trying to establishing her career.
Afran Nisho, Swagata, Aporna, Samia and Irfan Sazzad will play other leading characters in the drama, which will start airing shortly on NTV.
Emi first acted in a drama titled Nabam Prohor, directed by Ashraful Alam Ripon, subsequently playing in several plays including “Color” and “Chotuskon.”
